Retained where legally required

Deleting your account does not always result in the immediate deletion of every associated record. Familya Connect Private Limited may retain certain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law, tax, and accounting requirements;
• maintain transaction and payment records;
• resolve disputes, investigate fraud, or respond to legal claims; and
• meet other regulatory obligations.

Once such information is no longer required for these purposes, it is deleted, anonymised, or securely disposed of.
